Project Manager Process Continuous Improvements
Do you want to bring your extensive Project Management and Product Development experience to improving the way Tetra Pak develops innovative products and technologies?
We are looking for two positions to drive Continuous Improvement in Tetra Pak's global Product Development and Technology Development processes respectively. This will include working with a network of operational experts to manage and coordinate updates to the way Tetra Pak does development, as well as identifying and driving initiatives and projects that improve our practices to keep the processes fresh and helpful, ultimately contributing to Tetra Pak's growth strategy.
You will be an important part of the Product Creation team, with the mission to drive Product Creation process effectiveness and project management capabilities so that Tetra Pak can be faster, better and cheaper in project execution meeting value chain requirements.
Your main tasks will be to:
Work directly with the development organisations to highlight areas for improvement both in Tetra Pak's product and technology development processes and in their application, to drive improvement initiatives, and to follow-up on improvement results.
You will act as coach to project managers, team members and line managers on how to make the best use of Tetra Pak's processes, and you will help drive experience and best practice sharing between different organisations.
The role requires Project and Change Management skills to drive implementation of process changes across different organisations involved in development, and high levels of Stakeholder Management to maintain alignment and commitment across all levels of management across the different Tetra Pak organisations.
The ideal candidate:
Has a Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent degrees.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required.
You also need to have Project Management experience and/or extensive experience of managing a set of deliverables as part of development or technology projects.
You also are used to work in a global environment, and have experience in working across organisational boundaries.
The successful candidate:
Has strong leadership skills with a focus on results, and has a passion for combining their experience and leading best practice to bringing development teams to excel in development.
You possess good communication and presentation skills and cultural sensitivity, along with business and organizational awareness.
You have the ability to engage and drive change.
