Founded in 1917, the BMW Group is now one of the ten largest car manufacturers in the world and, with its BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce brands, possesses three of the strongest premium brands in the car industry.
The group also has a strong market position in the motorcycle sector and operates a successful financial services business. The company aims to generate profitable growth and above-average returns by focusing on the premium segments of the international automobile markets. With this in mind, a wide-ranging product and market offensive was initiated in 2001, which has resulted in the BMW Group expanding its product range considerably and strengthening its worldwide market position.
The company’s brand is extremely strong and is associated with high performance, engineering excellence and innovation. Indeed, the BMW brand is often cited as one of the ‘best’ in the world, and the company continues to launch a stream of innovative products as part of its battle with German peer Mercedes to be the world’s largest luxury car maker.
The passion for forging new paths, thinking ahead and breaking new ground, is our common drive at the BMW Group. That is why we look for employees who want to do and experience something extraordinary. People who bring team spirit and initiative with them - and the will to continuously learn. With enjoyment and dedication a job becomes a personal passion. Something to be proud of, each and every day.
Depending on your qualifications and experience, we offer a diverse range of possibilities. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional − if you’re ready to take the next step in your career and are searching for a new challenge, our doors are always open. When it comes to choosing a profession or planning your career, we offer unique opportunities for you to get to know us and work as an integral part of our team. As a graduate, we’ll give you job responsibility from day one so you can really put your theoretical knowledge into practice. As a student, we’ll give you the opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of our business as an intern while you work for a degree. What’s more, as a pupil, we’ll give you the chance to explore different career options or start the job of your dreams as an intern or apprentice.
SUCCESS IS CREATED BY PEOPLE, NOT BY DEPARTMENTS. SHARE YOUR PASSION FOR ACCELERATED RESULTS.
Knowing the destination isn't enough: you need to know how to get there. Build up your own networks, exploit new ideas, consistently take the initiative. Inspire other people with your enthusiasm. That's the only way to give ideas the power that allows them to become true innovations.
We want to keep driving towards the future, so our team is currently seeking you as
