Work on system engineering/integration activities of embedded operating systems and related tooling for TWINSCAN real-time sub-systems

Job Description

• Participate in integration and benchmarking activities.
• Help with application behavior analyses on multi-threading, multicore systems to help find and solve performance bottlenecks.
• Work on abstraction layer for new (multi-core) embedded processor boards.
• Help develop future embedded platform replacing EOL PPC CPU & VME bus.
• Create technical designs from requirement.
• Reverse engineer code to architectural drawing.
• Setting BSP requirements and qualify delivery.
• Design for test.

ASML - Software Design Engineer Job Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree technical software. Scrum certificate is a pro.

Experience
Preferable 10 years of experienceMust have experience:

• Embedded development & design
• C language, VxWorks kernel config & development, WindRiver Linux development & kernel config, PowerPC, PCI, VME, assembly,
• Network knowledge: TCP/IP, Valgrind, WireShark, UBOOT, BOOTP, NFS, NTP, DNS, TFTP, ATCA,
• ASML Twinscan specific:
• Data structs via DDF
• Inter process comm. via: OO CN

• C++
• Python and shell scripting
• SCM tooling: Clearcase or SVN or GIT

• Analytical,
• Independent,
• Team player,
• Quality minded.
