Your job
The challenge Quality Assurance plays an important role in the shift to an integrated process approach. In this role, you are expected to think about new product designs as well as to solve issues with existing products. A versatile position, so you really can make a difference. In this role you will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the product, from the time of assembly to installation of the product to the customer.
To accomplish this, you work on the organization of the supply chain of a new product together with Logistics Engineers. Viewing error sensitivity at configuration, packaging and transport of the product and installation at the customer. In the process you stand for the quality of the product for (worldwide) global processing of customer orders and trouble free installation at customers ("Error Free Installation"). In addition, optimize the supply chain of existing products, and initiate your improvements. In the case of escalation, or a complaint from a customer it is your job to prevent this from happening again.
