Océ is a leader in the reuse of machine parts in existing and new printers. Océ wants to give more printers a second life in the market and reuse more parts. Océ saves on scarce resources, but also on the environment, energy and CO2 emissions. The plant where all this takes place is Asset Recovery and Remanufacturing in Venlo.
For this plant we are looking for a Project Engineer Industralisation, A challenge at the cutting edge of technology and processes.
Your job
Industralisation Project Engineer you will be deployed on one of the following areas: Remanufacturing, which revolves around the reuse of printing, or asset recovery, where the repair of components for reuse is central. Within Remanufacturing you are responsible for setting up new revision programs for printing in the (production) facilities in Venlo and Prague. You put these programs together with production processes and you design this. For the setup you consult with R&D, Service and Océ Sales Organizations. Besides setting up programs, you constantly working to improve production processes in terms of quality, productivity and costs. Here, you use the principles of lean manufacturing.
As Project Engineer within Asset Recovery Industralisation you are responsible for the design and optimization of processes of repair and often electro mechanical parts from printing. Your review repair processes on technical feasibility, but also on such logistical and financial implications (eg return on your investment). You cooperate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Purchasing and (inter) national suppliers. You remain responsible for the production process till this is stable and efficient.
