As Project Manager SAP you implement and deliver IT Projects and manage the IT project portfolio for our business lines.
Job Description
You are the SAP Project Manager that can take ownership of complex projects that can have impact across ASML.
You will get excited by taking ownership for and having in-depth understanding of key project content on SAP and business related processes. You are very comfortable in ensuring strong alignment between business and IT in general, and all project stakeholders in particular.
As Project Manager SAP you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Project Reporting & Monitoring:
- Ensure timely delivery & quality of overall reporting and project management deliverables.
- Prepare communication and escalations on issues, risks and required mitigation actions to the project sponsor and stakeholders.
Project management:- Understand the business requirements and ensure that 'the product' will satisfy these.
- Perform pro-active stakeholder management and contribute to change management as required.
Improvements:- Capture lessons learned during the project and share these pro-actively with Project Board at project phase gates and closure, and provide (mitigating) actions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards.
We are looking for Project Managers in the following areas:
- Sales & Services (SASP SD/MM);
- Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing (SAP SCM and related);
- Equipment Management ( Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing);
- SAP Mobility
Projects may vary in size and time, but on average it concerns projects of 100-1000K EUR that have up to 1 year lead time. You will be working in a small team of consultants, process analysts, architects and business stakeholdersYou will report to the Solution Team Manager and will have internal interfaces with Business stakeholders, HR, finance, purchasing, suppliers and business process analysts.

Experience
Are you the Project Manager SAP that we are looking for?
- 3 -8 years hands-on experience as a Project Manager;
- Proven track record in Project Management implementations of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP CS, SAP SCM, SAP LE, Hadoop, Netezza, Fiori or UI5;
- Sound knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2, PMBOK and Scrum/Agile;
- Fluent in English.
