As a Business Engineer it will be your main task to assist the TWINSCAN factory Delivery Operations management team in making business critical decisions that allow our facilities to respond to the dynamic semiconductor market and improve operational performance.
Focusing primarily on ASML's TWINSCAN factory Delivery Operations, you will need to explore the details of the factory's organizational structure and manufacturing processes and advise on tangible actions to deliver improvements.
You will be exploring resource planning (e.g. by coordinating regular plan cycles and budget cycles) as well as manpower flexibility (e.g. shift schedules, hourbank models and other instruments that in- or decrease manpower capacity)
Job Description
1. Systematically analyze factory processes by developing and maintaining quantitative models based on collected data and measurements;
2. Identify and communicate areas for improvement e.g. to optimize the use of resources;
3. Propose improvement targets and drive alignment on these at a management level;
4. Develop quantitative calculation models and decision data to support management decision making;
5. Manage the process of capacity resource planning (medium/long term)
6. Deliver business cases; reporting investment analysis, value of cycle time reduction, cost price impacts, work on cost-reduction-roadmap, etc.
7. Factory Analytics: models and analyzes factory processes to further improve our performance in terms of: quality, on time delivery, cost effectiveness or flexibility
8. Lead, participate in and support project teams;
9. Execute and improve control processes, aiming to optimize the overall use of all production resources
Specialist in this area :
Bachelor / Master degree in Technical Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent (E.g. MBA)
