Job Description
As a part of ASML's Software Metrology development team, you will develop and implement effective and efficient software test methods and techniques that contribute to securing correctness and robustness of our complex metrology software solutions. You will give insight in the quality and report over bugs of our software solutions. Another aspect of your role is to spread our metrology software test competence. In this way we stay on top of what's required to assure the timely delivery of reliable state of the art solutions for ASML's product roadmap.
Context of the position
This position is within the Metrology software group of the Software Metrology Department, which is responsible for optimal image positioning and image alignment.
The Software Metrology department invents and develops complex software solution to meet the high expectations from the customers.
The department is part of the Sector Development & Engineering which, in turn, is responsible for the specification, design, implementation, and integration and testing of the ASML products.
Bachelor or MSc in software engineering / computer science.
Experience
You have a broad and minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing test approaches for complex in-product software systems.
Experience with Python, Unix or Linux, software test methods and techniques.
Personal skills
We expect you to be a good communicator, analytical / critical thinker, quality minded, team player, self-starter, to take initiative and to be result oriented. You have the ability to effectively influence your stakeholders to practically get our software test competence at a higher level.
