    Product Manager - Games (m/f) Job Description

    Your job:

  • Create exciting and successful games by increasing pay conversions, user lifetime and ARPPU/ARPU 
  • Define our product strategy and feature pipeline together with top management, based on systematic product analysis and an examination of the measures for monetization feasibility 
  • Coordinate and form our strategy for implementation together with production and game design, and monitor, assess, and continuously optimize results 
  • Identify innovative pay-play mechanisms and coordinate the game design department during the conception of these mechanisms

    • Your profile:
  • Depending on your entry level, relevant experience in the online gaming industry and in KPI and conversion optimization
  • Very good degree in IT or business 
  • Passionate about games
  • Able to identify complex economic interrelationships and think entrepreneurially
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, while also being able to assert yourself and possibly having some experience in leading a team 
  • Confident and willing to make decisions and take on responsibility for the product 
  • Excellent written and spoken English 
  • A valid work and residence permit is required prior to commencement of employment
