• An interesting position at the BMW Group as a Senior Cluster Manager (m/f) in the field of services. In the age of digitalisation, the automobile is becoming a part of our networked lives in the context of individual mobility.
• The networking of vehicle functions is currently already the basis for numerous automotive innovations.
• Therefore, the next logical step is networking vehicles with their environment via innovative cloud technology.
• This technology opens up completely new areas of application: vehicles measuring street geometry while driving, creating a live digital map and vehicle sensors detecting a hazard area and reporting this to other vehicles via the backend.
• Road, traffic and weather conditions are recorded in real time. Our job is to establish a consistent digital location experience across all access channels and vehicle utilisation scenarios.
• As a Senior Cluster Manager (m/f) in Services, your area of responsibility lies in the company-wide coordination and agreement regarding the functional service roadmap of your cluster.
• Important elements here include the continual integration and consideration of the current players in the market in order to define an optimal services roll-out strategy in coordination with product management and the Group strategy.
• One of your key tasks will be forming a consensus regarding both the cost and performance side for your service roadmap.
• You will accompany your service portfolio from the creation of the business case to its implementation up to operation and quality assurance.
• You will form the comprehensive interface between vehicle development, product management, Group strategy, pre-development and controlling, and thus help to actively design the BMW Group offering for modern mobility services.

You should have:

• University degree in information technology or a comparable qualification.
• Expert in software and systems engineering.
• Relevant experience in the management of interdisciplinary projects.
• Relevant experience in vehicle series development E/E.
• Creation, agreement and argumentation of business cases.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
