The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.A sub-department within the IT organization is the Competence Center Means & Methods. The goal of the IT Means & Method department is to provide effective and efficient Means & Methods to the IT Organization, in order to contribute to the successes of IT.Supporting the day-to-day operation of Project Management Office.
Position
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the IT Project Management Office within the IT Means & Methods organization, as well as providing operational support to the IT-wide culture development program 'Sustainable Dynamic Change'. Additionally, you will give support to the activities of the CIO and the Director Means & Methods. In this role you will develop a broad understanding of the way the IT organization operates, which will provide you with a good basis for a next assignment in the organization.
As Junior Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Creating standard financial and operational reports with respect to IT projects;
- Help preparing presentations and/or decision documents for the CIO and Director Means & Methods;
- Defining and creating ad-hoc management reports;
- Conducting ad hoc analysis, pro-actively or at the request of management;
- Liaise with the Project Management Officers and Solution Team Managers to identify project reporting and analysis needs;
- At request, review and report on specific projects;
- Supporting the Sustainable Dynamic Change Leader.
In the role of Business Analyst you will report to the Manager Project Management Office (PMO) within Means & Methods. Your key interfaces internally are the Project Management Officers, Manager PMO, Project Managers, Director Means & Methods, the Competence Center Directors and related Management Teams, and the SDC Key Group.

Education
Academic working and thinking level; candidate has a Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Technical or Business related studies.
Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience;
- Understands typical IT roles and processes;
- Working knowledge of MS Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and preferably Access and SharePoint too;
- Working knowledge of SAP.
