​The IT division supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. The ICT infrastructure, hardware and applications are absolutely mission-critical for almost all ASML's internal and external activities.A sub-department within the IT organization is the Competence Center Sales & Services. In this Competence Center we capture and fulfill all IT demand from Customer Support, Sales and Marketing divisions and provide technology through large-scale projects or changes to our existing application infrastructure.

As Project Manager you deliver IT Project Management and manage the IT project portfolio in equipment management area. You are the Project Manager that takes ownership in complex projects that can have impact across ASML. You ensure that projects are well embedded within boundaries. You will get enthusiastic by taking ownership for and having in-depth understanding of key project content. Strong alignment between business and IT in general and all project stakeholders in specific is piece of cake for you.

Time, Budget and Scope are interesting topics for you. Besides this you can ensure accurate, timely and to the point project status reporting on critical key issues and actions embedded in project plan and process. You differentiate main points from details, and secure simple and concise formulation of project related documents like Project Initiation Document (PID), blueprint, requirements, detailed project plan.
As Project Manager Equipment Management you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Project Reporting & Monitoring:
• Ensure timely delivery & quality of overall reporting and project management deliverables.
• Provide guidance during the financial forecasting (budget) process and proactively assist regular financial management.
• Prepare communication and escalations on issues, risks and required mitigation actions to the project sponsor and stakeholders.
• Project management:
• Understand the business requirements and ensure that 'the product' will satisfy these.
• Prepare and control project schedules that accurately reflect tasks, time estimates and resources (including personnel, technology and equipment) associated with each task to reach project deliverables.
• Define project roles and responsibilities
• Measure project deliverables on quality and completeness regularly to ensure that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.
• Perform pro-active stakeholder management and contribute to change management as required.

• Capture lessons learned during the project and share these pro-actively with Project Board at project phase gates and closure, and provide (mitigating) actions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality standards.

Education

• Academic working and thinking level, ideally, candidate will have a Master degree in an engineering discipline.
• Certified Project Management professional (PMP, CAPM, PgMP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a pre;

• 7-10 years of recent experience in Project Management;
• Extensive experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing projects is a must;
• Experience in (high tech) Service Management environment (Field Service) is a pre.
• 7+ years in Project Management in Technology Projects/Machine Data;
• Experience in Software Development / SDLC is a pré.
