Division description

The EUV Factory is responsible for the production of the newest product platform of ASML's lithography systems.

• The EUV Factory is currently in the early New Product Introduction phase and is expected to ramp-up to volume production during the coming 2 years.
• Expect a dynamic and enthusiastic working environment, where flexibility, drive and initiative are highly valued.
• The Process Analyst reports to the Group Lead of the EUV factory Manufacturing Information System department and will work operationally for the overall FMO (Future Mode of Operations) program. This program will do a full re-implementation of SAP in ASML in the coming years, including all ASML factories worldwide, starting in the EUV factory in Veldhoven.

• Facilitate and drive the (re-)design, build and implementation of ASML's factory processes and supporting IT infrastructure (SAP), using a green-field approach.
• Work closely together with an experienced senior manager in representing all ASML's factories and ensuring a to-be situation, that signifies a considerable and embraced improvement for all stakeholders in the organization.
• Re-engineer manufacturing processes, based on standard solutions & best practices;
• Select best practices most suitable to ASML's business characteristics and needs;
• Analyze impact of new concepts for existing ways of working and determine implementation strategies;
• Facilitate business change aspects like decision making, requirements gathering and feedback, benefits tracking, communication and so on;
• Set up and facilitate execution of implementation and roll out plans including testing, key user and end user training, shop floor introduction to ensure a smooth introduction and transition.

Education

Bachelor / Master in Industrial Engineering & Management Science / Technical Business Administration / Business-IT Management.

Experience

• 2-5 years of practical experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of production (control) systems and processes, including engineering / work preparation, planning & logistics. Preferably in a high-tech, assembly & test environment.
• Experience with supporting IT systems and their interaction with business processes in manufacturing (SAP, Teamcenter).
•  Preferably experience in system implementation / change management within production organizations and/or eager to learn in this area.

• Self-assured, capable of convincing people, also at higher management levels.
• Strong communicator in Dutch (is a MUST) and English with strong presentation skills.
• Consultancy skills.
• Ambitious and with a pro-active, initiating attitude.
• Change management competencies.
• Ability to plan and set priorities.
• Team worker, good social skills, customer-oriented.
• Think practical on the impact of decisions for end-customer / user.
• Have affinity with IT systems and structures and think in business process modeling terms.
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced application software skills, such as presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
