Trainee / Junior Consultant Buildings Job Description

Jobinhoud: 

Onze klanten zijn vastgoedontwikkelaars, architecten, grote aannemers, gebouwtechnologie fabrikanten, onderhoudsbedrijven, energiebedrijven, regionale en internationale overheden. Je teamleden zijn multidisciplinaire experten die advies verlenen van ontwerp tot operationele fase. Zij focussen op het technische en economische luik van het energieconcept en op het bredere duurzaamheidsverhaal in projecten.

Jouw bijdrage tot onze projecten houdt in:

• Ontwerpstudies naar energie en comfort, alsook certifiëring (thermodynamische simulaties, EPB, PHP …) voor gebouwen & stedelijke omgevingen
• Strategie & beleidsprojecten voor overheden
• Duurzaamheidbegeleiding en -certifiëring (e.g. BREEAM)
• Haalbaarheidsstudies voor warmtenetten
• ESCO-gerelateerde diensten

Trainee / Junior Consultant Buildings Job Requirements

Profiel: 

•  (Afgestudeerd als) bachelor of master in Ingenieurswetenschappen, of equivalent door ervaring/enthousiasme
•  Relevante stage of eerste werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de bouwsector, is een plus
•  Sterke interesse in (hernieuwbare) energie en duurzaamheid in gebouwen en op site niveau
•  Kennis van relevante software / tools / programmeertalen is een plus (EPB, PHPP, IESVE, TRNSYS, BREEAM, Modelica, Python, VBA, …)

Competenties

•  Nederlands als moedertaal, vlot in het Frans en Engels
•  Sterk in organisatie en time management, kunnen prioritiseren op basis van tijd, budget en kwaliteit
•  Sterk in communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
•  Gedegen kennis van MS Word/Excel
•  Vermogen om snel nieuwe software tools aan te leren
