For our Automotive division we are currently looking for a Lean Implementation Engineer (BPI).
The Lean Implementation Engineer will be located in the UK and responsible for:
- consulting and supporting Automotive sites in Germany, Hungary and UK in all Lean related aspects;
- preparing and executing internal assessments/audits and report on results;
- contributing to the creation of the “new” syncreon Production System;
- training management and workforce on tools and principles of the syncreon Production System;
- supporting plant teams with the execution of the identified plant improvement plans derived from BPD;
- business partnering for new business and/or plant improvement projects;
- preparing and giving presentations in English on a European Automotive Leadership level;
- leading improvement projects and report on the progress on a regular basis.
Lean Implementation Engineer Job Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or similar education preferred
- 3> years of experience in a similar position
- 2> years of extensive experience with Lean tools
- Project management experience
- Operational experience, preferably in a Logistics environment
- Driven dynamic individual with a certain level of assertiveness
- Team player although has the ability to work autonomously and on their own initiative
- Continuous improvement mindset, focused on improvements and bottom line results
- Sound computer skills, experienced user of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio Excel and SharePoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Quality (systems) background preferred

More informationYou will be based in Germany (Bremen, Wunstorf, Hamburg). You should have a high willingness to travel about 50-70% with potential to work from home office or home plant during the rest of the time.
