The Job
We are currently looking for a Trainee Software Engineer with immediate availability to join our Products team to prototype a mobile application for our monitoring and control solutions for renewable energy installations (SynaptiQ Solar).
Your tasks will involve the prototyping and implementation of a mobile application and the REST service interface on which it is built upon. During your stage, you'll be programming in Clojure/Clojurescript using the latest frameworks based on Facebook React. As such, experience in functional programming and development for mobile devices is an asset.

• You hold a master in IT Engineering
• You are stress resistant, curious and keen to learn about next technologies

• You have excellent communication skills
• You are able to work independently but also a good teamplayer
Skills
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in French/Dutch, knowledge of additional languages is an asset
• Familiarity with functional programming and Clojure or one of the Lisp dialects.
