To provide leadership to the site community and drive the implementation of a site-wide strategy, ensuring a strong, integrated culture committed to HSE and operational excellence. To develop, coordinate, agree and implement an investment strategy that creates an environment where Enkhuizen personnel can contribute to their highest potential, delivering innovative contributions to the business in safe, efficient and cost effective ways. To act as a senior ambassador for Syngenta through strong networking with Reseach & Development, Lawn & Garden, Production & Supply, all relevant business units, union and employee representatives and externally with many different stakeholders, including politicians, civil society and the media, to promote a positive image for the company and to position Syngenta activities in ways that creates business advantage.
The challenge In this role you drive transformation activities delivering lean and efficient operations. You create, agree and implement a site strategy that enables a vibrant and co-creative community stimulating broad interaction and delivering innovation. You provide leadership to site activities to create belief and confidence in the future and create an environment where high performing teamwork can thrive and you ensure the site strategy and master plan leverages and optimizes investment plans by engaging and integrating the site through a robust cultural change program..
For this role it is required that you have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the global R&D and P&S strategy. You have the ability to operate effectively across multicultural environments. You demonstrated high performance in leading strategic functions and projects within agribusiness or related industry You have a successful track record of leadership and management of transformation and cultural change projects in Agribusiness or related industry. You have outstanding presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills in creating and using networks to advantage and in influencing senior stakeholders. You have strong analytical conceptual and strategic thinking skills and strong results orientation.
