Data Analyst (f/m)
– in Hamburg –
Job description:

• Gather insight about user behavior in online patient recruitment to detect patterns and improve surveys
• Standardize internal processes for surveys and questionnaires
• Prepare and set up online surveys for our customers, and manage the entire survey lifecycle
• Draft patient pre-screening questionnaires in close collaboration with Project Management, Operations and Management
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Support all departments with analysis and presentation of collected data from throughout our service portfolio
• Report directly to our CEO

Data Analyst (f/m) – in Hamburg – Job Requirements

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Number-driven and analytical person with a University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience as data or market research analyst, preferably with experience in setting up surveys and questionnaires
• Proficient in all aspects of using survey tools, e.g. LimeSurvey
• Exceptional skills using MS Office software (Excel, Access), MySQL experience would be a plus
• Excellent oral and written English skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Well-organized and work very efficiently both alone and as part of a team, and have a hands-on personality
• Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus
