Our game Albion Online is the first true cross-platform MMO available for Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android. It offers players an extensive character customization system with no class restrictions, a completely player-driven economy and dynamic PvP battles. The action of the open game world revolves around sieging, claiming and defending territories. Albion Online is currently in Closed Beta, with thousands of players from all over the world testing and enjoying the game already.

With already more than 70,000 Founders/Backers, Albion Online is growing rapidly and there are still a lot of new features, content and projects we want to work on in both our production and business departments.

Level Designer (m/f) Job Description

YOUR DUTIES:

• Implementing level designs in our editor using existing assets.
• Placing objects to the specification set out in our level design guidelines.
• Decorating levels using existing assets.
• Providing suggestions for improvements to existing tools and asset libraries.

Level Designer (m/f) Job Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Enthusiasm for video games, especially MMO’s.
• An eye for aesthetically attractive designs.
• Practical experience with 3D editors.
• Practical experience in game development is a plus.
• Practical experience in Unity 3D is a plus.

• Work on an ambitious cross-platform product, whose scope extends beyond the commonplace of game design.
• The support of an experienced team of founders.
• A young and dynamic startup, having reached its break-even point.
• A great working environment, in one of the nicest areas in Berlin.
