Working with the project team, your role will be to:
- Understand the customer`s requirement
- Help design a solution from whole systems to individual piece parts
- Define materials, specify tolerances, understand system constraints
- Interface with the manufacturing team to produce a finished product
- Assembly and testing of the final product
Essential requirements to be considered for this role:
- Qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- Experienced in 3D CAD - AutoCAD Inventor ideal
- Automated machinery design (PLC/PC controlled equipment)
- Able to take an idea from concept to finished manufactured product
- Background with the materials handling or machine tool sector
