Design Engineer / Test Engineer Automotive Job Description

You will work for 50% with designing 3D models of alternative fuel systems for automotive applications and 50% you will  design and implement component testing and trials. The main components therein are proprietary multi-fuel pumps and valves. Newer and more modern variants should be developed accordingly. You’re going to design the 3D models and test the build prototypes. You work in a team and have contact with suppliers over the assembly possibilities and the feasibility of the design. You give technical support to the various departments within the company, including purchasing, Helpdesk, Sales & Marketing and Sales Department.

Design Engineer / Test Engineer Automotive Job Requirements

• completed Bsc. Mechanical or Automotive Engineering;
• Experience as (3D) structural engineer and experience in a test environment
• Knowledge of 3D drawing packages (Solid Edge is an advantage);
• able to work well in multidisciplinary teams;
• fluency in English;
• analytical skills;
• Ability to work independently;
