Roles and responsibilities
• W ork with the Global SAP lead to develop SoftwareONE’s SAP advisory and procurement services, including Software Asset Management tools and processes;
• Assist with training SoftwareONE’s sales force and delivery teams;
• Measure use of installed SAP software using scripts and tools as available and required;
• Understand and be able to identify, measure and communicate “indirect Use” of SAP Agreement;
• Work directly with SAP and customers to retrieve the correct licenses and agreement base;
• Work with the customer to fully understand license and Use entitlements;
• Create customized reports to highlight potential issues and cost savings;
• Provide recommendations on how to license, reconcile, and “re-harvest” SAP licensing entitlements;
• Support SAP Projects, rollout and transfer of entitlement;
• Provide internal and external workshops Knowledge
skills and abilities required
• 10 years’ minimum of IT business/technical experience (at least some of which should ideally have been experienced within SAP);
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business or other related discipline, or relevant experience;
• In-depth SAP licensing and License Agreement knowledge;
• Understanding and experience of SAP measurement processes;
• Demonstrable Strong Analytical skills;
• Comfortable and experienced in dealing with senior executive audiences, and a professional and mature customer interfacing profile;
• Project Management experience;
• Skilled in business process analysis;
• Highly motivated and results oriented;
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills;
• Open to travel within EMEA as well as internationally as required (expected travel 30-50%);
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
