* Developing highly scalable web applications and web services
* Processing and administration of data amounts in the terabyte range
* Service-oriented programming in Scala and Java
* Distributed systems, caching, replication, fault tolerance
* Optimization, performance engineering
* You have several years of experience in "full stack" web development
* You consider yourself an expert in the area of databases
* Skills in Scala/JavaScript and/or Unix/Linux are an advantage,
but no prerequisite
* You take on responsibility in a team
* Your tasks are completed when your solutions are operational and
have been documented and tested
* You prefer continuous product development over project work
