Team leader Test rigs Job Description

Job description
·         You will be coaching, motivating and inspiring a team of dedicated technicians & engineers in the R&D department for testing automatic transmissions, hybrid and full electric powertrains.
·         You coordinate and define the different activities within your team, according to the companies’ priorities and competences of each individual in your team.
·         You closely co-operate with internal departments such as test engineering,  project management, hardware engineering, and others.
·         You will be responsible for a good communication flow within your team and between the other teams and departments.
·         You will ensure the quality of your team’s performed actions  and you will boost your department to a next level.
·         You will continuous improve the process flow within the test rig department and steer over KPI’s.
·         You will report to your R&D Manager.

Team leader Test rigs Job Requirements

Profile
·         You have an engineering degree (industrial, electromechanical or mechanical) or equivalent by experience.
·         You have knowledge and experience in the field of automotive testing.
·         You have experience in leadership.
·         You like a fast moving environment and have a flexible attitude.
·         You have a strong Q-mindset, you are familiar with 5S, housekeeping, preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
·         You are a strong team player and an excellent people manager.
·         Thanks to your clear communication skills and good knowledge of English, you are proficient in reporting knowledge and results.
·         You are a perseverant person with a goal-oriented and analytical mindset.
