Manager Trials & Samplings (m/f) Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for samplings of injection molding products and execute global samplings in close collaboration with the local Program Management team
• Manage all sampling activities within the allocated programs
• Lead the program related sampling crews
• Follow the daily schedules and ensure that all samplings are completed in time within the expected performance and results
• Support and interact with the production plants and the global HQ to foster a smooth execution of customer trial runs and to ensure successful launches
• Support the global sampling organization in making sure that process and equipment assumptions are reviewed and approved prior to the initial trial run
• Prepare quotes for samplings based on the given assumptions in alignment with the global process technology
• In charge of resource planning (men & machine), track the program specific sampling schedules and ensure a complete documentation of the sampling results and the process parameters
• Responsible for trial and sampling costs

Manager Trials & Samplings (m/f) Job Requirements

Your Profil:

• Technical Engineer, High school degree Electrics-Mechanics, Master or University degree
• 5-10 years of experience in blow molding technology
• Experience in manufacturing environment and international automotive experience (international assignments or project work)
• detailed knowledge about blow moulding and process engineering incl. machinery and equipment,
• MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge in Lean tools, 6S, A3, PDCA, TPM,...
• English - fluent in written and spoken
• Coaching, mentoring and team leading experience
• Communication skills, ability to give direction
• Conflict management
• Understanding of multicultural and diverse workforce and their expectations
