Engineer (f/m) – Ethernet Applications Job Description

Job content

• Technical field support for Renesas Industrial Ethernet solutions
• Securing design wins through active European wide customer project support
• Continuous education of Renesas sales and field engineering staff
• Regular training of Renesas Distribution partners, both business development managers and field application engineers
• Contributing to customer workshops with distribution and technology partners
• Presence at customers during design-in phase where required
• Management of 3rd party activities for regional protocol stack implementations
• Promotion of Renesas Industrial Network technologies at and with standards bodies as well as at fairs and similar events

Engineer (f/m) – Ethernet Applications Job Requirements

Your profile

• Graduate in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Ideally experience in the domain of industrial networking and embedded software
• Ability to support customers in all project phases (platform evaluation, PCB design, application development, software integration of driver/protocol stacks/real-time operating system)
• Willingness to visit customers and partners throughout Europe
• Communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Good command of English and German language
