Job Description
The senior Team Leader manages and coaches a team of 4 Team Leaders with 20-25 Testers in their team
She/he is responsible for effective and efficient execution of the production process, people and project management within TF DO:•
Management:
Manage and coach a team of Team Leads.
Continuously improve on flexibility by optimizing the team's work force with regard to capacity, skill mix and proficiency so that the team is at any moment capable of executing ASML's plans.
Coach, motivate and challenge team members (e.g. feedback, routines, performance reviews).
Manage cooperation and harmony in the group by giving support, finding solutions and sharing information.
Contributes to a productive working climate and ensures the desired level of drive and flexibility.•
Projects:
Indicate and initiate continuous improvement projects on several levels in the ASML TF DO department, scoping people and Lean processes. •
Output:
Realize the planned output of all deliverables and key performance indicators of production, conform plan.
Ensure shift progress within quality standards, delivery time and cost targets. •
Planning:
Supervise production planning and drive to maximum system progress during shifts.
Set priorities in case of several machines down. •
Ensure proper execution of HRM policies and procedures.•
Ensure proper execution of Safety policies and procedures.
Context of the position
The Twinscan Factory (TF) is responsible both for the production of wafer scanners including planning and logistics. Within this sector the department Delivery Operations (DO) is responsible for the qualification through functional testing of the complete ASML systems.
All this is done in accordance with strict quality norms.
The holder of this senior Team Leader position reports to the Manager Test and manages a team of Team Leaders with highly skilled Testers (Bachelors). Interfaces with all departments within TF.
Technical Bachelor/ academic degree, supplemented by Industrial Engineering (pre).
Experience•
Proven experience with high-tech, low-volume production environment.•
Leading senior role within production and improvement teams.•
5-10 years' experience in leading a team of highly skilled professionals (Bachelor level)
