As Lead Mobile Developer, you will actively help to shape an exciting area of our company and will be the driving force in the development and improvement of our new cross-platform games. You will work with our creative team of product managers, developers and marketing specialists as well as our graphic designers.

Your Tasks

• You will lead a cross-platform team (iOS, Android, Flash) alongside our Technical Director
• You are responsible for the design and implementation of cross-platform games
• Ensure that teams follow architectural guidelines and deliver high quality code
• Participate in all aspects of an interactive software development process, including design, investment estimation, production, testing, debugging, maintenance and support
• Contribute to architectural decisions
• Design, maintain and deploy software applications to meet user and business needs
• Ensure software programs are operating flawlessly

Lead Mobile Games Developer (iOS or Android) Job Requirements

 What we expect

• A completed university degree in computer engineering, computer science or similar
• Substantial experience with mobile development and at least 3 years of experience as a developer in the games industry
• Strong knowledge of common game architecture and design patterns
• Experience with different programming languages, particularly with long-term focus object-orientated programming (e.g. C++, C, Java etc.)
• Experience and ability to lead and mentor teams
• Commitment to test-driven development and continuous integration
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality that follows best practices
