Performance Support Job Description
Measure business performance via collection, consolidation and synthesis of performance indicators.
Manage performance through root cause analysis, risks/opportunities identification, recommendations in order to enable decision making. Identify/drive improvement projects to reach targeted performance.
Support internal and external best pratices identification & sharing.
- Data collection for BSC results, PDCAs forecast
- Manage procedure for benchmarking and best practices sharing in the plant
- UP-3P implementation (improvements projects tool)
- Work alongside A350 CDTs and Programmes analysis; optimize manufacturing flows, technical specification for new equipment, etc…
- Develop and promote innovation at plant level and ideas corner
- Work on Transfunctional projects in DC: boost competitiveness, Productivity Menu,…
Working time: full time
Performance Support Job Requirements
As the successful candidate, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in the required domain
- Chartered Engineer Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent;
- Good communication skills and a pro-active approach to problem solving;
- Strong Spanish and English skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent verbal communication.
- The ability to work to strict timescales as part of an integrated, multidiscipline team;
- Good leadership skills
- Proactive, problem solving and decision making
- Assertiveness
