As a business process analyst in our Competence Center Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management, you are responsible for the translation of a business demand into concrete standard IT solutions. You are the linking pin between the ASML Business (Operations – Manufacturing), the IT organization and the outsourcing partners.
You assess the business demand, support in clarifying the functional requirements, translate these requirements into a Functional Design, guide the build activities and support the implementation in the business.
Job Description •
You work in projects, but you will also manage Non Standard Changes in your area from Intake till Go Live & Hand-over to support;•
You assess, change and refine business processes and related information systems to continuously increase their effectiveness and ensure they are properly aligned with the company's strategic direction;•
You challenge the business requirements & processes in order to realize a fit in standard IT solutions instead of custom built solutions;•
You participate in the business requirements gathering process and make sure that you understand and validate the requirements and if applicable challenge the requirements against standard solutions.
You are responsible for the translation of the business requirements into the right functional IT specifications and IT solution direction;•
You test the functionality as build by outsourced partners;•
You are the link between the ASML Operations organization (being Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing and Logistics), the IT organization and the outsourcing partners;•
You will act as an IT contact for business process owners and business key players in the ASML organization;•
Content wise your working area will be mainly Non-Product Related (NPR) Sourcing, including approval workflows, time writing, invoicing, contract management and supplier collaboration.
Context of the position
Within the “IT Competence Center – Manufacturing & Supply Chain” the holder of this position will report to the “IT Solution Team Manager – Sourcing & Logistics”.
Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
Experience•
At least five to seven years of experience with Non-Product Related (NPR) Sourcing processes in a discrete manufacturing industry:
