Assembly / Test Engineer Automotive Job Description
Responsibilities of the Assembly/Test Engineer Automotive:
- Adjusting and testing of technically very complex products and systems;
- Contributes to the rapid solution (troubleshooting) of complex faults that occur in the cleanroom;
- Manage quality standards and delivery times according to requirements;
- Suggest possible improvements of the products and manufacturing process;
- Document the product process and measurements data output in protocols and databases;
- Be critical about the data to gain more insight on possible improvements;
- Identify bottlenecks in processes and technical issues and find solutions in cooperation with other departments such as research and development.
Assembly / Test Engineer Automotive Job Requirements
Profile from the Assembly/Test Engineer Automotive:
- Bachelor degree within Applied Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive or Aerospace;
- 0-4 years of experience in a production environment with high tech products;
- Affinity with testing and troubleshooting;
- Commitment, strong analytical skills, working methodically, assertive and pro-active;
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken;
- Work in a 2 shift system and occasionally travel to clients on site.
