Manage and keep track on complex field upgrades and activities, enabling the field teams to unlock the potential of ASML products for our customers?.
As CS Upgrades Project Leader you are responsible for successful execution of complex upgrades by the CS upgrade engineers at our customers.
You will approach this mission by:
1. Meticulous pre-shipment preparation of all new systems and products;
2. Warranting that all CS upgrade engineers are fully trained and motivated;
3. Ensuring that all possible design improvements identified in the field are accurately fed back to the Development and Engineering (D&E) organization.
Job Description •
The CS Upgrades Project Leader ensures on-time delivery of the Blueprint, upgrade sequence, training and Zero Repeat Game Plan, required to execute the upgrade;•
Drive the D&E (Development and Engineering) organization towards a reliable and executable upgrade;•
Provide knowledge Feedback to D&E to ensure system design improvement;•
Develop and roll out the means & methods for rapid diagnosis and repair of system problems during upgrades;•
Continuously coach and mentor your team to success, manage performance and develop talents;•
Manage the upgrade Cycle Time roadmap;•
Ensure proper issue resolution process is embedded and executed;•
Manage complete roll-out plan for complex upgrades;•
Manage escalations during upgrade.
Context of the position
You will report to the Group Leader CS Upgrades.
Masters technical degree like Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, (Applied) Physics or comparable.
Or a Bachelor's degree plus 5-10 years of Project management experience.
Experience•
Experience in a challenging environment with high tech products and complex production processes; •
At least 2-5 years' relevant work experience as a Project Manager or an equivalent position;•
Extended experience in service execution/engineering is preferred;•
Extended experience with ASML products is preferred.
