Field Application Engineer
Eindhoven, fulltime 

The Field Application Engineer is responsible for technical support and helping key customer understand new generation of storage enclosures. Ensure customer satisfaction on after sales, technical support and escalation management. Conduct onsite technical presentations, trainings, seminars and participate in industry trade shows. Travel to customer sites (EMEA) for escalation management. 

Field Application Engineer Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree required; 
• Minimum 5 years Technical Support experience in enterprise IT infrastructures
• Extensive experience with Storage solutions is essential. Such as: SATA/SAS, SCSI, Fibre-Channel, RAID, iSCSI and Subsystems. 
• Broad hardware and operating systems expertise required in enterprise environments 
• Knowledge of storage area network filesystems (XSAN, Stornext) is plus.
