Retalix solutions are installed in supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, fuel stations, and quick service restaurants, as well as foodservice, grocery, convenience products, and fast moving consumer goods distribution organizations.
Responsibilities:
• 2nd and 3rd Level support including trouble shooting.
• Analyze, diagnose and resolve technical production issues and problems at 2nd and 3rd Level.
• Escalate as required.
• Develop and maintain relevant procedures and system documentation.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level after hours support.
