Your main responsibilities will be:
Imaging exploration of advanced lithography by illumination and mask optimization through lithography simulation work and experiments in the 300mm cleanroom using the most advanced lithography equipment.
Follow all recent developments in the field through detailed literature study.
Developing an expertise in lithography simulation software in support of different projects within your team.
Running your own projects in the area of lithography imaging exploration. This will involve performing both simulations and experiments (wafer exposures and evaluation by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy)). The focus is on understanding underlying mechanisms or phenomena by comparing experiments to simulations and bringing this thorough analysis of the data into a concise report.
Knowledge transfer to the different partners and colleagues through regular reporting and presenting of the main results.
You have a PhD in Physics, Chemistry or Nano-engineering.
You have knowledge of and experience in advanced (193 nm or EUV) lithography.
You are a team player with a strong drive to share your experience and knowledge with colleagues.
You have good networking skills.
You are enthusiastic about working in an environment that is not yet fully established.
You have analytical skills and capability to think out of the box.
You have excellent communication skills in English, as you will work in a multicultural team and closely with our partners.
You have already completed studies that resulted in a publication with you as first author
You work in a structured, transparent and accurate way.
