Your Responsibilities:
As Senior Analog Design Engineer you will be responsible for:
• delivering analog IC-design and subsystem design.
This includes:
• translating the customer- and functional requirements into blocklevel architectures.
• handling blocklevel and/or sub-system design specification incl. validation, test and EME/EMI concept.
• modeling on IP- and subsystem Level.
• coaching of design implementation tasks.
• implementing the critical design blocks.
• specifying the design verification (verification strategy, testbench setup, AMS verification)
• defining test-concept for parametric and functional tests (production test and device diagnosis)
Your Profile:
As candidate for this role you:
• have experience in ultra low power design techniques (multi supply domain, clock gating, low frequency).
• have gained knowledge on circuit design in system on isolator (SOI) technologies.
• provide expert knowledge on circuit design in CMOS process technologies.
• have analog modeling skills (VerilogA, AHDL or similar).
• gained solid knowledge on device physics (incl. parasitics).
• are up to date with state of the art analog design for test (DfT) concepts.
• have proven your ability and willingness to coach junior designers.
• have solid English (German is an advantage but not mandatory).
• provide an University Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• have at least 5 years of practical experience in analog and/or mixed signal integrated circuit design.
NXP offers competitive compensation. Due to Austrian law we are obliged to state the minimum gross salary according to legal regulations and for this role this amounts to EUR 50.000 gross. Depending on experience and education higher remuneration is possible. Moreover, we provide attractive benefits to our employees.
