On 1 June 2015 we would like you to join us as International Trainee (permanent contract, 6 months project phase)  

Our offer:
• You have successfully completed your studies and want to strike out on the path towards an international career and you can image yourself working in an internationally mixed teams on projects around the globe across time zones
• We offer a full time employment from day one with a permanent contract in one of our German locations of the KSPG group
• In the first six months you get to know different departments and facilities of the KSPG group during several project assignments
• You have budget responsibility including your budget for travelling
• You have the chance to recommend yourself for the departments and you can find out which area suits you best

International Trainee-permanent contract, 6 months project phase Job Requirements

Your profile:
• BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering & Management, Automotive/Engine Engineering, Electrical Engineering) or Business Administration
• International mobility
• Fluent English skills, other language skills (German, Chinese, Spanish, French, Italian, Indian languages) would be an asset
• International competencies and experience 
• Affinity to automotive industry desirable
• Project management experience advantageous
• Autonomous self-starter and out-of-the-box thinker with a focus on results and hands-on mentality
