INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (M / F) Job Description

• Run demanding process planning and efficiency improvement projects, plant and machine
• Development and sustainable implementation of projects and systems for industrial engineering, value management, material flow and layout planning
• Optimization and maintenance of production systems, measurement and visualization of work results in the production
• Support projects (eg investment management, building up production lines)
• Works of target processes that you analyze using MTM or REFA methods and develop further improvement actions undertaken by the line balancing of production flow (line balancing)
• You are responsible for the design of new and existing manufacturing jobs.
• Identification, assessment and prioritization of projects Ratio of all existing development, production and technology processes of time, including the calculation and material planning
• Planning, procurement and commissioning of plant and equipment

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER (M / F) Job Requirements

• You have either completed a technician or engineering degree or equivalent degree and solid knowledge of REFA- or MTM methodology, as well as professional experience, this also includes internships and practical theses.
•  You bring in depth knowledge of labor and time management (including human resource planning, work structures, ergonomics, workplace design, etc.) as well as in the field of Lean methods assuch. As with the 5 S method.
•  You are able to develop conceptually fundamental and strategic positions on complex project plans to achieve in planning and implementation of verifiable results.
•  Experience with the tools of a modern production system, AutoCAD, PFMEA will complete your profile.
