Quality Engineer (m/f) for Vision Systems Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be: 

• Standardisation and specification of vision systems in the tire production 
• Fostering further development of existing vision systems 
• Depiction and evaluation of additional use cases for vision systems in the tire production 
• Coordination of roll out of vision systems 
• Plant support 
• Project member and leadership 
• Support of the running development and implementation projects, as well as functional responsibility with focus on vision systems after implementation for: 
  - Visual Tire Assembly Control (ViTAC) in tire building area 
  - Auto Classification of Tires (Auto Class) in Final Finish area 
  - Central marking system in Final Finish area 
  - X-Ray in Final Finish area 
  - Studding

Quality Engineer (m/f) for Vision Systems Job Requirements

• Completed degree in technical field 
• More than 3 years of work experience in production, process development or product industrialization would be appreciated 
• Knowledge/experiences of Vision Systems 
• Knowledge of tire manufacturing process of tire product standards would be appreciated 
• Project experience 
• Good knowledge of MS-Office 
• Very good English skills 
• Intercultural experience 
• Willingness to travel worldwide
