In this role you will be responsible for the organizational and strategic leadership of a team of technology experts in your customer service area. You provide the correct execution of customer service operations, such as installation, modification and repair of complex systems for our single and three phase UPS products safely.
Your working area - diverse
• Management of a 10-person team of service technicians and service activities by partner companies
• Ensuring compliance with service policies on site, health and safety guidelines
• Commissioning of single- and three-phase UPS equipment with modules up to a capacity of 1MW and redundant systems in N + 1 configuration.
• Representation of APC by Schneider at customer questions on site, customer support for installation, adjustment and repair of APC by Schneider products
• Perform routine maintenance schedules for all APC by Schneider products as well as diagnosis and repair of components, circuit boards and components of returns from the assigned region
• Identification, documentation and communication of defect images, including determining the cause of the error and isolating and correcting device-specific installation issues
• Maintaining the customer database and conduct site assessments
Your profile - Qualified
• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Sound knowledge and several years of relevant professional experience in the field of UPS
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical engineering
• Organizational and problem solving skills as well as pronounced communication skills and the ability to dialogue
