Quality Assurance Engineer Services (m / w) Job Description

• Organization and continuous improvement of operational quality processes in the Service
• Operative shaping our Ziehm Quality Excellence Program
• Design and implement a preventive quality management system together with the Director Quality Management
• Optimization of service quality and efficiency in compliance with the service standards
• Control and overseeing the implementation of the necessary measures in the complaint process, in particular coordination of the departments involved in the context of the error and root cause analysis, identify measures and their effectiveness control
• Documentation and review of complaint records in SAP
• Cooperation and facilitation of structured root cause analysis using appropriate tools
• Preparation, documentation and monitoring of appropriate corrective and preventive actions as part of NCR's, CAPA procedures and 8-D Reports
• Ensuring adequate and complete documentation of non-conformities as the basis of the statistical analyzes
• Preparation of technical amendments in the wake of NCRs or as part of the continuous improvement process

Quality Assurance Engineer Services (m / w) Job Requirements

• Completed technical studies, technicians with several years of professional experience or qualifications as a Quality Manager in the Life Science Industry
• Ideally experience in medical
• Six Sigma qualifications desirable
• Expertise with process-oriented quality systems according to VDA, ISO 13485 or QRS
• Experience in complaint management and Vigilianz EU Medical Device Reporting (FDA)
• Experience in the creation of Q-Reports
• Knowledge of ERP Master Data Management (SAP desirable)
• Very good German and English, spoken and written
• Communication skills and quality awareness
