The Information Manager (SIAM) for Planning & Logistics is the linking pin between the Global Logistics Services & Central Planning departments, IT and Operational Structural Improvements (OSI). Furthermore he/she has maintains a close link with the other SIAMs.
Job Description
Main responsibilities• Single point of contact to the stakeholders of GLS & CP. Works together with senior management within ASML's factories to define a planning & logistics business information plan based on ASML's business and IT strategies and priorities. He/she ensures that the customer's voice is recognized and translates demands into clear and crisp project proposals (IT and non-IT). Facilitates the half-yearly prioritization process for planning & logistics projects, works together with business stakeholders on all levels to prepare project for initiation and ensures controlled project execution by adhering to the corporate Project Management Method and coaching of project leaders;• Single point of contact to the competence center operations and its solution teams within corporate IT. Understands IT's processes to balance the factories' requirements and expectations and coordinates running and upcoming projects, non-standard-changes and standard services (SLAs).
Bachelor/Master degree in technical area, IT or business administration. Preferably certified in project and program management (PRINCE2/PMI/IPMA)
Experience
Over 5 years in the interface between business and IT, preferable in a high-tech environment.
