Hardware Development Manager (m/f) Job Description

• Carrying the overall Electronic Control Unit (ECU) development responsibility according agreed strategy and business plan for all IEE products.
• Defining ECU development roadmap and standardization strategies based on market/customer needs, technology assessment and cost targets.
• Providing and implementing innovations/evolutions regarding ECU design, development & industrialization.
• Providing leadership to the dedicated team to realize the development and industrialization of HW components in time, budget and quality.
• Providing guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

Hardware Development Manager (m/f) Job Requirements

• A degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant work experience in an industrial automotive environment
• Experience with Radar technologies in the mm band and/or Optical systems is considered a strong asset 
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• A proven ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to well-thought-out recommendations and action plans
• Demonstrated people management skills
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German and/or French is considered an asset
