Test Manager Job Description

Your job:

- You work on project basis for our clients at the client location.
- You are responsible for the coordination of the test management activities, with respect to package based implementation projects and application maintenance.
- You are in charge of the development of the test strategy, master and detailed test plans.
- You will manage a team of testers that will implement the test plans.
- You manage the relationship between other teams and the customer.
- You communicate the status of test process to your team,customer and management.
- You report to the project manager.
- You will implement and enhance the necessary tools and processes to allow regression testing for application maintenance environments.

Test Manager Job Requirements

Your profile:

- You have obtained a master or bachelors degree or equivalent by experience.
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in supply chain, telecom and/or utility industry.
- Experience with test methodologies (TMap, Test Frame) and a practical experience in implementing best test practices and an expertise in implementing best test practices.
- You have experience in ERP and portal-implementations.
- You have a good understanding of business processes and possess good people management skills.
- You have good communication and analytical skills and a critical mindset.
- You are well organised and have eye for detail.
- You are flexible andhave an international mindset.
- Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English is a must; knowledge of French is an asset.
