ASML - Product Improvement Roll-out Coordinator Job Description
As an ASML Product Improvement Roll-out Coordinator you will coordinate roll-out of hardware, software and service solutions to the CS Field organization. You will be expected to communicate to CS Field colleagues on product improvement solutions and drive the roll-out of these solutions, e.g. for maintenance cost optimizations, reduction of Extreme Long Downs (XLD), system performance enhancements and system upgrades.
Job Description
- Drive implementation of product improvement solutions by coordinating the roll-out of available solutions to CS Field;
- Measure and report roll-out progress;
- Proactively initiate improvement actions if and when needed;
- Identify possible roadblocks that could decrease solution implementation speed and find ways to solve;
- Build and maintain knowledge on how to measure and drive roll-outs;
- Measure and report solution roll-out status and maintain the roll-out dashboards.
Context of the position The sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations, as well as transferring all relevant knowledge and supporting the customer in the use of these systems in his production process. CS Central takes care that effective support of the customer by local offices is possible by providing knowledge, technical support and process support to the field offices.The CS SE Engineer reports to the Manager CS SE Competence Engineering part of the department CS Service Engineering. The department Service Engineering is part of CS Field and Product Support Group.
ASML - Product Improvement Roll-out Coordinator Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a technical area (e.g. physics, electronics or mechanical engineering).
- 5 years or more experience working in an engineering and/or technical coordination role in an international setting, preferably in a semiconductor industry supplier role.
- Previous experience in working in performance improvement and/or cost reduction programs is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ASML machines and the ASML CS Field organization is beneficial.

- Capable of dealing with a very broad range of technical subjects;
- Technical skills – ability to quickly gain insight into machine related topics;
- Result driven;
- Stress-resistant;
- Ability to understand and use CS maintenance processes to achieve solution roll-out goals;
