  Tasks:
  In the art, methods & processes, we support our internal customers on the issues of Governance and Internal IT as well as in the areas of project management, process description / modeling.
  The focus of our work are here :

• Care of the ITR sharepoint (administration, content administration ) as well as the migration of the ITR sharepoint from 2010 to 2013
• Operational cooperation in internal IT projects
• Control and monitoring of processes / guidelines as part of quality assurance
• Conception and adaptation of the group specifications in project management
• Continuous development of the concepts, tools and templates
• Support for the definition, description and modeling of processes

Intern / Working Student - Methods and Processes Job Requirements

• Student / in the degree program in computer science, computer science or a comparable degree program
• Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Knowledge of MS SharePoint 2010 and 2013
• Very good knowledge of MS Office products Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Work independently, initiative, high motivation and willingness to perform
• Organizational skills and strong communication abilities

• Working as an intern is in full-time
• The activity as a student is part-time and the scope of employment by agreement
• Duration: 3-6 months
• Earliest Start: By arrangement / agreement
