Department
This position is within the Software Metrology Department, which is responsible for the nano-accuracy measurement and expose sequence of semiconductor lithographic equipment. The departments focus is in engineering solutions on the position measurements sensor data, simulation models and development of control algorithms which are required for optimal image positioning and image quality. Software Metrology is a part of the Sector Development & Engineering which, in turn, is responsible for the specification, design, implementation, and integration and testing of the end products.
Job Mission
As a part of the Software Metrology team, you will develop and realize software solutions for controlling and driving various functionalities up to nanometer accuracy for lithographic equipment.
Job Description
Your main responsibility is to specify and design controls software for mechatronic (sub)modules with focus on the systems dynamic architecture. This includes modeling of the systems dynamics and optical exposure properties and translation into controller design specifications. You will contribute on:
Education/Experience
You hold a PhD or Master degree in Physics, Controls Systems, Computer Science or comparable. You have proven experience with implementation of control algorithms, software development in C/C++ and model development eg in Matlab/Simulink. Multiple OS experience, like Unix/Linux, Solaris OS. Preferably You have been trough the software development lifecycle, from development to realization, implementation, testing and integration.
Personal skills
The candidate should be able to work independently in a dynamic and explorative environment, take responsibility, act decisively and show critical sense of high quality and consciousness of costs. Should be able to work in multidisciplinary project teams, poses good communicational skills and good knowledge of English.
