Description of Role:
Technical tasks:
- Composite stress analysis
- Assisting and analyzing structural tests
- Support / guidance to FE analysis
- Support to sizing methodology development (methods for FE data extraction & idealization)
- Contribution to research activities
Position as a consultant:
- As an embedded consultant, representing the company and developing its footprint
- Integrating into the team and reporting to the different stakeholders
- Working in an autonomous way and being proactive
- Being able to propose / discuss improvements to the methods and tools
Education / Experience:
Education:
- Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in stress analysis, composites, preferable in the aerospace industry
- FE experience
- Knowledge of Airbus methods is a plus
