Job description
The department Group Development Centre aims to bring science to product development. Within this department the noise&vibration competence team has the task to improve the capabilities of SKF in this domain.
In this role, your responsibilities will be, but not limited:
• Support SKF units in terms of training and providing consultancy too their projects (in the field of product development as well as application engineering);
• Develop of methods or working procedures to address n&v problems in our products and its application;
• Collaborate effectively with external companies.
The main focus will be on:
• Develop and implement signal processing methods;
• Contribute to the training and documentation material;
• Execute or support n&v analysis of application using both experimental and numerical tools.
• Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience signal processing and implementation (C++)
• Experience with in n&v analysis both numerical and experimental
• Interest in multiple discipline subjects
• Self-motivated and pro-active team worker
• Customer focused and results oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English, orally and in writing
