Lithography Process Engineer
Job description
As a process engineer, you will be responsible for all process related issues on assigned tools and processes. Your main tasks are the continuous improvement of activities to support to the manufacturing organization and to define and execute actions and projects based on trends for key performance indicators like line yield, uptime, Ppk's, OOC’s en particle performance. You will give support for manufacturing on complex tool and process issues. Therefore you will analyze data, make action plans and coach technicians. To improve skills and knowledge of the shifts you will also present trainings. Moreover you will develop and qualify process steps for new products. You have close contact with colleagues from equipment, process engineering and integration departments.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor or Master degree in physics, chemistry or process development and with experience in production technologies in semiconductor industry, and is familiar with AMAT thin film deposition tools (PVD and CVD). Further, for soft skills, you should have analytical skills, problem solving techniques, precise, result driven, with good communication skills and more.
Education
MSc or BSc in Physics, Chemical Engineering with focus on process development and experience in production technologies in semiconductor industry, and is familiar with AMAT thin film deposition tools (PVD and CVD).
Personal skills
Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude, perfect communicational skills and good knowledge of English, able to display a “helicopter”-view, meticulous, perseverance, pro active, creative, can manage multiple projects at the same time, very good ability to handle stress and dealing with deadlines, flexible.
